i was inspired to use the expression "Safe Harbour" by the fact that I was reading the following two books at the same time:
1. "Sometimes God Has a Kid's Face" by Sister Mary Rose McGeady, Covenant House
2. "Melville His World and Work" by Andrew Delbanco, Knopf (google: "Moby Dick")
The former book brought people's physical and spiritual needs to the front of my mind, while the latter inspired the idea of safe harbours as the fulfillment of those needs.
